For over twenty years, I have been immersed in the mechanical complexities of healthcare operations. My leadership philosophy has been shaped by deep collaboration with prominent physicians and executive-level partnerships that have granted me the intimate understanding of clinical operations, enabling me to successfully lead the integration of emerging technologies and scalable operational frameworks to create high-performing programs.

Executive Leadership

  • Accustomed to providing C-Suite updates, preparing board presentations, and contributing to strategic plan.
  • Direct report to CEO at Saint Luke's Cancer Institute. Responsible for operation efficiency, medical imaging, physician relations, and support services.
  • Appointed to Leadership Council overseeing policy, cross-functional collaboration, and managing talent across multiple teams, totaling more than 900 employees.
  • Partnered with Chief Development Officer and Chief Medical Officers to execute strategic initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
  • Grew team from 0 to more than 60 members to establish enterprise analytics program.
  • Reference academic operational frameworks to ensure scalable and sustainable operations.

Broad Exposure in Healthcare Operations

  • Intimate working knowledge of medical imaging operations.
  • Direct oversight of operations for a multi-disciplinary oncology practice including medical imaging, clinical trials, infusion therapy, radiation oncology, and surgical oncology.
  • Extensive experience with dialysis operations, including Patient Safey Organization, national benchmarking, admissions, staffing and patient scheduling, supply chain management, and revenue cycle management.
  • Working partnerships with legal, compliance, privacy, regulatory, medical affairs, and marketing.
  • Direct oversight of sensitive data and protecting it from unauthorized access or disclosure.
  • Extensive experience deploying and managing technology solutions.
