- Chosen by CIO and IT executive team for a prestigious leadership council of 16 members aimed at
resolving cross-functional operational challenges, endorsing significant strategic projects, and
overseeing enterprise talent management alongside promotion reviews for an IT workforce of
more than 900 employees.
- Established a Responsible AI Governance framework across Legal, Compliance, Privacy,
Regulatory, Medical, and Security & Risk to ensure the use of intelligent technology is safe,
secure, and effective.
- Partnered with numerous executives across multiple business lanes to identify, assess, and
implement technology solutions to solve complex problems, improve continuity of care, enable
growth, and reduce administrative burdens.
- Launched a new team of six Technical AI Product Managers to effectively drive strategic proposal
assessments and

- Developed and presented monthly AI impact updates to CEO, COO, and CDO to ensure alignment.
- Grew team from 4 to more than 60 technical contributors including Data Scientists, Data
Engineers, Business Analysts, and MLOPs Engineers.
- Partnered with Harvard Computer Science Lab to pioneer Explainable AI models focusing on
minimizing medication administration while achieving targeted patient outcomes.
- Accountable for a $12M AI portfolio budget.
- Deployed more than 20 AI Models spanning clinical, operations, financial, and administrative
domains.

- Led the formation of DaVita's Analytics Center of Excellence, strengthening systematic alignment
and advancing analytic capabilities. More than 300 teammates have benefited from the program.
- Collaborated with Chief Medical Office to rebrand enterprise-wide (2500 clinics) clinical
performance dashboard.

- Led the expansion of multi-disciplinary satellite oncology offices (4) across KC Metro.
- Spearheaded the launch of a Mobile PET/CT Imaging service through a partnership between Health
Midwest and
